1 The Challenge

An e-commerce logistics company needed to triple their order fulfillment capacity without expanding their warehouse footprint. Manual picking and sorting was creating a bottleneck during peak seasons.

We implemented an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) with robotic picking arms, conveyor sorting, and our custom warehouse management integration. The system handles 15,000 orders per day.
