1 The Challenge

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer was struggling with manual packaging processes, leading to low throughput, high rejection rates, and regulatory compliance challenges. The existing line could only process 2,000 units per hour with a 5% rejection rate.

Pearl Automation designed and implemented a fully automated packaging line with integrated vision inspection, serialization, and track-and-trace capabilities. Our custom PLC solution controlled the entire line from primary packaging through palletization.
